Weight Loss Management

Obesity impacts more than half of the global population and is only projected to worsen. Poor weight management is a major contributor to disease and all-cause mortality in the United States. Weight loss and subsequent healthy weight management is often deterred by overly stressful lifestyles that impair the metabolism and overtax many of the body’s systems. Certain peptides work to correct these issues and support the production of key factors that assist in fat reduction, metabolic efficiency (including blood sugar and insulin support), and ultimately healthy weight management.

WHAT IS WEIGHT LOSS PEPTIDE THERAPY?

Peptides are small strings of amino acids that act like drones to influence cellular function and metabolic processes that support growth and repair of tissues while also regulating inflammation and helping to reduce the effects of aging. For decades, the use of peptides was limited but yielded incredible outcomes. Today, the benefits of peptide therapy and its impact on the human body at a deeply cellular level are well understood. These advancements allow practitioners to help patients like you reduce risk of disease, improve vitality, and embrace health and longevity.

GLP-1 agonists/Pyridoxine hydrochloride

glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists, or GLP-1 RAs. It mimics the GLP-1 hormone, released in the gut in response to eating. One role of GLP-1 is to signal the body to produce more insulin, which reduces blood sugar. GLP-1 in higher amounts also interacts with the parts of the brain that manages appetite and helps you to feel full. GLP-1 RAs and dietary and lifestyle modifications support weight loss, reduced risk of cancer, diabetes, insulin resistance, and heart disease.

When used in combination,  GLP-1 agonists/Pyridoxine hydrochloride support healthy weight loss and management, energy, and blood glucose balance. This combination is used to support treatment plans designed to help patients lose weight and reach and maintain a healthy weight. Pyridoxine hydrochloride helps reduce side effects while taking GLP- 1 agonists, including nausea and vomiting.

GLP-1 agonists , when used together, has been reported to help improve levels of vitamin B6 to support energy, decrease nausea, decrease body fat, lower weight, and support improvement in appetite control, blood sugar management, food cravings, and promotes improved renal function.

GIP/GLP-1 agonists

glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide (GIP) receptor and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonists. It was originally developed and approved as a treatment for type 2 diabetes in conjunction with diet and exercise to improve glycemic control. GIP/GLP-1 agonists helps support healthy weight loss management.

GIP/GLP-1 agonists and pyridoxine hydrochloride, when used together, has been reported to help improve levels of vitamin B6 to support energy, decrease nausea, decrease body fat, lower weight, and support improvement in appetite control, blood sugar management, food cravings, and promotes improved renal function.
